New Appointments
All patients will require a referral from a GP or specialist. Please bring copies of all X-rays or other medical imaging as well as your medicare card and private insurance details. To help save time on the day of your consultation, you can complete a New Patient form online.
Consultation fees must be settled on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and EFTPOS.
Fees are $260 for new consultations. Reviews are $160 and $73 of this is rebatable from Medicare.
For patients that do not have private health cover and would like to see Dr. Lundine at a public hospital, please ask your local GP or specialist for a referral to the Orthopaedic Spinal team at the Royal Children’s Hospital for paediatric patients.
